Iowa’s First Impressions Community & Tourism Assessment Program launched in 2024 as a partnership between Iowa State University and Travel Iowa. First Impressions identifies a community’s assets and opportunities through a research-based assessment conducted by a specially trained team.
Five assessment team members visited Webster City and the surrounding area over a four month period from May through August 2025. This is our final community report.
