Job Description
WCF Financial Bank is seeking a talented, motivated individual with a complete commitment to providing excellent customer service as a Full Time Teller/Customer Service Representative in Webster City. We are looking for an individual who is willing to work full time hours that includes a Saturday morning rotation.
Responsibilities include:
– Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Gain knowledge to confidently make product and service recommendations.
– Assist in account opening, closing and maintenance.
– Investigate and reconcile customer inquiries.
– Assist customers with digital banking platforms.
– Process wire transactions.

Schedule:
– Monday to Friday during normal banking hours.
– Saturday mornings, on occasion.

Qualifications
Qualifications Include:
– Excellent communication skills.
– Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
– Working knowledge of computer applications.
– 1 year of banking experience preferred.
– Bilingual is preferred.
Education:
– High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
– Cash Handling: 1 year (Preferred)
– Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
