Provide excellent service and support to external and internal customers.

Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate and efficient work related to bank operations including returns, wire transfers, daily account balancing, record keeping, etc. Provide customer service and support in the areas of balance inquires, funds transfers, online banking and account research. Be proficient in various software applications. Participate in a team environment providing prompt, courteous and excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.

Qualifications

Exertion/Physical Requirements:· Moving object weighing 20/25 lbs.

· Sitting 20% of day. Standing 60% of day.

· Walking or moving 20% of day.

Research Skill, flexible, communication skills, analytical, detail oriented, team player.

High School diploma or better.
