The City of Webster City is looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to work with customer utility accounts. Fast-paced work environment with an opportunity for growth.

Include, but not limited to: processing payments, billing, new accounts, various inquiries related to customer account, including delinquency issues.
Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills a. must, data entry and general accounting experience a plus. 1 – 2 years experience preferred.
